At the beginning of your turn, two cards are dealt. If you have no cards left later in the game, five cards will be dealt to you. During your turn, you can play up to three cards from your hand onto the table in front of you. The game progresses in a clockwise direction.

One strategy in Business Deal is to accumulate Money/Action cards in your own Bank. With these cards, players can charge each other for rent or on special occasions like birthdays. Remember that if an action card is placed in your Bank, it can no longer be used as an Action card for the remainder of the game. Furthermore, you can collect as many properties as you like, but you need a minimum of three full sets of different colors to achieve victory. Keep in mind that property reorganization can only occur during your turn.

If you have more than seven cards in your hand at the end of your turn (excluding table cards), discard the extras to the bottom of the Draw Pile until you have only seven remaining. If you run out of cards, you will receive five at the start of your next turn.

In order to win the Business Deal Card Game, be the first player to collect three full property sets of different colors. Throughout the game, you'll pick up cards during your turn and play Action cards to charge rent, steal cards from opponents, or demand money for special occasions.
